Item Pickup Policy & Associated Charges

This is a friendly reminder regarding the pickup of your items once they arrive and you are notified. Please take note of the following policy, which takes effect immediately:
Pickup Timeline: Customers are required to collect their items within 10 working days of notification.
Late Pickup Charges: Failure to pick up items within this period will incur a late fee of $30 or 10% of the initial amount owed—whichever is higher.
Items Held Beyond 3 Weeks: If items remain uncollected for more than 3 weeks, we reserve the right to sell them to recover our costs.
Reclaiming Items After 3 Weeks: If your items have not yet been sold and you return after the 3-week period, a penalty of $50 or 15% of the initial amount owed (whichever is higher) will be applied before release.

We kindly ask that you adhere to this policy to avoid unnecessary charges or the risk of losing your items. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
